BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. -- There's no better place in the world to experience the fall foliage than the mountains of Western North Carolina. The same can be said about the world-class golf that members will soon be experiencing at Tiger Woods' first American design golf course -- The Cliffs at High Carolina.
